How to use a Tachymeter
This automatic chronograph comes souped with a tachymeter—a scale on the bezel that converts time elapsed into speed travelled. It's the first automatic chronograph we developed, but not the last.
STEP 1
Start the chronograph when the unit of distance begins, e.g. when the vehicle passes a mile marker.
STEP 2
Stop the chronograph when the vehicle has traveled the distance, e.g. when it passes the second mile marker.
STEP 3
Note where the chronograph second hand stops. That's your speed per hour. To reset, press the bottom pusher.
1. METAL BOX
Fitted with a metal tray insert, the Canfield Speedway's toolbox is a road-ready companion unlike any other.
2. ALUMINUM OPEN ROAD BADGE
A aluminum badge sits atop the metal box with an all new logo designed for the Canfield Speedway Open Road.
3. OPEN ROAD BOOKLET + POSTER
Dive into the story behind the watch with the included booklet and double-sided foldout poster.
A testament to the craft of watchmaking.
The Canfield Speedway Open road is no ordinary engine. Elabore grade movement, with 27 jewels and running at 28,800 vibrations per hour, it doesn't just keep up. It sets the pace.
