    We accept returns by mail or in store for items purchased from Shinola within 30 days of the purchase date excluding *these items below. 



    Please note, return labels are only to be used for returns only, NOT including any repairs. To submit a repair form for Shinola products, please visit our US Repair forms or international.

    Orders $125 and over that ship within the United States and US Territories, qualify for a prepaid return label, excluding bicycles. Items must be returned with original packaging and in new/unused condition. Products that are monogrammed, engraved, or customized cannot be returned or exchanged. International orders do not qualify for free returns.


    **Outlet items, discounted purchases, and Sample Sale purchases are considered final sale and are non-returnable. Bicycles, wedding bands, engraved or monogrammed product, worn/used items, and items without original packaging. Watches with metal bracelets that have been resized are not eligible for return or exchange.

     


    RETURNING BY MAIL

    RETURNING IN STORE

     

    You can bring your items to any Shinola store for a return. Please make sure to bring the packing slip or invoice for online orders. If the item was purchased in store, make sure to bring your receipt or gift receipt. If the order was purchased using PayPal or Amazon Payments, we can refund to the original method of payment if shipped to our factory for return, otherwise, we will refund to a Shinola gift card. Orders placed with Affirm online cannot be refunded in store.

     

    GIFT RETURNS 

     

    Gift returns will be refunded either as a Shinola Gift Card, or as a refund to the original purchaser’s payment method. We cannot process a return if no purchasing information is available. Gift cards issued as part of the return process may only be redeemed on Shinola.com and cannot be used in Shinola stores.

     

    INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

     

    If you are returning an item from an address outside the United States, please be sure to include the packing slip provided during the return process.

    Shinola cannot be held responsible for items that are delivered to the wrong address, lost or stolen in transit or otherwise delayed by third-party shipping companies, postal depots, freight forwarders, etc. As such, we highly recommend insuring your return package for the full value of the item.

    Import taxes & duties may be applied at the discretion of your local government. If you have any questions about these charges, please contact your local government.

     

    REFUNDS

     

    Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, or to Shinola Gift Card. We cannot process a return if no purchasing information is available.

    Once we receive your return, your refund will be issued within 2-3 business days. Your bank or credit card institution may take up to 7-10 business days to acknowledge the credit after we process the refund.

    Purchases made with Shinola Gift Card must be refunded to a Shinola Gift Card. We cannot refund a purchase made with a Shinola Gift Card to another method of payment. Gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. We cannot replace lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards issued during a return can only be used on Shinola.com, and may not be redeemed in store.
