Orders may take up to 5 business days to ship regardless of the selected shipping speed during peak shipping times.

*Same day shipping cut off is 2:00PM ET (please expect delays during peak seasons)
*Orders shipping from Shinola retail locations may take up to 2-3 additional business days to process/ship.
*Orders with engraving or monogramming may take 2-5 additional business days to ship. Wedding bands will take 5-15 business days to process and ship regardless of selected shipping speed.
*By law, we cannot ship alligator, Mother of Pearl, or Abalone to California or internationally.
*Due weight and size, wall clocks cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
*Oversized items may incur additional shipping fees and do not qualify for free shipping.

Expedited shipping is not available for US territories, PO boxes, or orders containing bicycles and audio equipment. Standard shipping to US territories is $24.95 with USPS.

$175 fixed rate applies to shipping for the lower 48 states only. Bicycles are not eligible for expedited or international shipping. Bicycles ship within two days of order and require signature upon delivery. They arrive fully assembled, needing a few minor adjustments.

INTERNATIONAL

Orders placed on Shinola.com can be shipped to destinations around the world, with the exception of countries and territories listed on our international shipping destination exclusion list at the bottom of this page.

Collection of Duties and Taxes - If your order has an international destination, it may be subject to import taxes or duties. In addition to the international shipping charges, any applicable importation costs will be the responsibility of the purchaser and will be collected at checkout. Please check with your country's customs office if you have any questions before placing your order.

Shipping to Canada ? For a variety of reasons, we are unable to ship the following items to Canada: Bicycles, Mother Of Pearl Dial Watches, Abalone Dial Watches, Knives, Alligator Watch Straps, Desk Clocks, Alarm Clocks, and Shinola Gift Cards (electronic or physical). Please note that after your order ships, it may take up to 5 to 7 business days to take delivery.

Shipping outside the US, US territories, and Canada - For a variety of reasons we are unable to ship the following items internationally: Bicycles, Turntables, Bookshelf Speakers, Mother Of Pearl Dial Watches, Abalone Dial Watches, Knives, Alligator Watch Straps, Desk Clocks, Alarm Clocks, Bocce Ball Sets, and Shinola Gift Cards (electronic or physical).
