If you are simply looking for a new battery for your watch, you can either fill out the watch repair form at the bottom of the page, take your watch to a Shinola store with in-store battery replacement, or take your watch to a qualified local jewelry or watch repair shop.
If you choose to have your watch battery replaced by a service provider other than Shinola or a Shinola authorized service center, such replacement will not void your warranty, so long as such replacement
- Is performed by an experienced and legitimate watch service center, where the case can be resealed and tested for ATM pressure rating equal to or greater than the rating on the caseback
- Is reassembled properly, including without limitation, replacement of gasket if necessary to achieve suitable water-tightness
- Is not performed in a negligent manner
Shinola has the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, if any such third party battery replacement voids your warranty.
