- Leather Care
Premium leather from Italy made from the ancient vegetable tanning process. It is smooth to the touch and rich in tones providing highs and lows in color. This leather will patina and change color through natural exposure to sunlight and other elements, adding to its character. This leather is lightly treated therefore is susceptible to water damage and stains.
Use a dry, clean, soft cloth to dust or remove debris. Avoid long-term exposure to direct sunlight. Color transfer may occur due to friction against clothing and other surfaces.
This bag is constructed using woven natural jute handmade by artisans in Bangladesh. Vachetta leather trim adds a durable and stylish touch, while carrying handles add to its quality and heft. Bottom feet and tough brass hardware round out this stylish, cause-driven bag.
Established in 2004, Maison Bengal is a Fair Trade and ethical company working to help fight poverty for women in Bangladesh. Learn more at www.maisonbengal.co.uk.
