Shinola shoe cream is crafted in small batches in Chicago by C.A. Zoes Manufacturing, a 3rd generation family-owned business whose production process has gone largely unchanged in decades. Producing Shinola shoe cream is a labor-intensive undertaking that takes time and requires the skilled hands of craftspeople, many of whom have been perfecting their craft in the same shop for nearly half a century. But the result—shoe cream of the best possible quality—speaks for itself. Available in brown, black, and neutral.
The Shinola leather care line is handcrafted in small batches by C.A. Zoes Manufacturing Company Inc, a 3rd generation family-owned business based in Chicago. Founded in 1905 by C.A. Collias, one of the company’s first partnerships was with Isidore Horween of Horween Leather, a partnership that endures to this day. The company enjoyed rapid growth on account of their innovation and carefully-formulated, time-tested products.
Their production process has gone largely unchanged in decades, including much of the high-quality equipment, all of which works as well today as it did the day it was bought. But producing quality leather care products requires more than just exceptional equipment, it requires the skilled hands of craftspeople, many of whom have been employed at Zoes for upwards of half a century. This level of experience allows them to be highly-tuned to the production process, and the results—leather care products of the best possible quality—speak for themselves.
